Modern Sauna in Vilnius | Lithuania

A modern sauna area designed by CULDO Studio has become a place of calm, warmth and closeness to nature in this country home. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens up the view to the forest, connects the interior space to the terrace and visually extends the living area. The colour palette is focused on dark wood tones, grey stone and plain fabrics; a monolithic kitchen island and a recessed stone alcove with shelves form the uncluttered, functional heart of the kitchen. Multi-layered coved lighting at the edges, integrated LED strips in the shelves and cylindrical pendant luminaires above the kitchen island create a warm atmosphere, with the stone surfaces catching the light in the evening. In the living area, there is a welcoming fireplace with an illuminated log store, soft seating and a leather armchair for lounging, switching off and relaxing. Materials, colours and the selection of furniture ensure a grounded and calm atmosphere.

The JUNG LS 990 switches in anthracite and matt graphite black blend naturally into the surfaces and colour scheme in this understated atmosphere. The result is a quiet, inviting wellness area which has become the most popular retreat on the premises.
