Switches made from recycled material

JUNG has been focussing on the insert of recycled plastics in production for many years. The plastic design covers and design frames of the A CREATION, A 550 and A FLOW switch ranges in matt anthracite already consist of 95% recycled material in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14021, helping to reduce the environmental impact of plastic waste. The recyclate consists of processed and recycled plastic waste. In the recycling process, the residual materials are collected, sorted, cleaned and then mechanically shredded. This material is then melted down to produce the recyclate. Energy from hydropower is inserted into this process to ensure consistently sustainable production.
