WG 800 – versatile and robust

We have developed this surface-mounted range for use in industrial buildings, garages and cellars, in lofts and in outside areas. All sockets and switches from WG 800 are splashproof to IP44 in accordance with the standard, weatherproof and UV resistant and also easily mounted.

Hard-wearing in all situations

The WG 800 switch range is made of breakproof thermoplastic. In this way it resists every influence: fuel, oil, grease, disinfectant or damp cannot harm the switches, push-buttons, sockets, data connection boxes and much more. Optional inscription fields clearly show which function is found behind a surface-mounted installation. In addition, all WG 800 push-buttons and switches are available with LED illumination.

The WG 800 switch range has plenty of space for extensive wiring. On request, you can also have the surface-mounted devices in a 3-gang design. Key switches and hinged lids with safety lock secure sockets in publicly accessible areas and prevent unauthorised persons from using the socket.

The JUNG WG 800 switch range is the robust solution for installing in garages, cellars or protected outside areas.

JUNG e-bike SCHUKO® socket

Sustainable driving pleasure with the JUNG SCHUKO® socket for e-bikes: the version in the WG 800 surface-mounted range quickly recharges a bike or e-scooter. Flexible and safe. The inscription field (22 x 48 millimetres) clearly indicates that this surface-mounted socket is reserved for e-bikes and e-scooters. Thanks to the IP44 protection level, this wall box is also ideal for use in protected outside areas: water spray and contamination by sand, for example, have no effect on the socket.

The integrated lock protects the socket against use by unauthorised third parties. The new SCHUKO socket for e-bikes is the ideal chargingstation for garage, apartment or cellar. Also available as a double socket, it always has a place to charge every bicycle. With a fully-charged battery, nothing stands in the way of the next e-bike tour.

Double socket with separating piece

Two separate electric circuits in one SCHUKO® 2-gang socket: the new separating piece in the WG 800 surface-mounted range makes it possible. That saves time and resources during mounting.

Classic application case: the utility room. The washing machine and dryer are powerful electrical loads. Both devices must therefore be individually fused. You can install the necessary separate electric circuits in a 2-gang SCHUKO® socket with separating piece. This means the double socket complies with the standard requirements to separate high-powered electrical loads.

Easy installation

Horizontally installed 2-gang SCHUKO® sockets in the WG 800 range can be upgraded with the separating piece on site. To do so, simply insert the separating piece between the two sockets.

Complies with the requirements of the standard

If the separating piece is used, the double socket complies with the requirements of the standard. Separately fused electric circuits can now be installed in a multiple combination.

Can be combined

Finally, simply apply the centre plates again. A combination with a KNX device is also possible, such as a push-button next to a 2-gang SCHUKO® socket.
