Severin*s Resort & Spa is in the old captain's village of Keitum, directly on the Wadden Sea and is one of the best addresses on the island of Sylt. In the typical local Frisian building style planned and implemented by Brumann Innenraumkonzepte, the 5-star property combines authenticity with luxury. On a total area of 30,000 m², 62 luxurious rooms and suites along with 22 apartments and 5 villas with up to 400 m² living area provide plenty of space for recuperation in a near-natural setting. The collection consists of diverse thatched individual buildings and alongside the guest rooms offers a reception, restaurants and bars, banquet and conference rooms along with a large spa area.

The exclusive rooms and suites with an area between 38 and 120 m² have a sophisticated concept and partly have a very generous size with a maisonette ground plan. All guest rooms are equipped lavishly with high-quality wood and natural stone floors, white fittings in wood and dark wood furnishings. Selected textiles and modern ornamental wallpapers create highlights. In the family suites, cosy bunks create self-contained sleeping areas for children. The spa area with 2,000 m²  offers a generous swimming pool under a glass roof, five saunas with hammam, a modern fitness area and rooms for beauty and massage treatments. 

All areas of the hotel, both in the main building and the external villas, have been equipped with the LS 990 switch range from JUNG in white. For the electrical, air and climate optimisation of the public zones, an innovative KNX system for smart-home control is additionally in use. Using KNX actuators, light, shading and temperature regulation are operated automatically. The artificial lighting can be staged using DALI gateways. In order to ensure maximum convenience in the wellness area, a smart panel controls and visualises the building technology there. The electrical operating devices in the guest rooms were classically wired. Here switches and sockets, LED floor pilot lights and heating controllers are in use - all in the LS 990 range in white.
