The JUNG UNIQUE x Ippolito Fleitz Group switch collection combines functional design with artistic typography and musical nostalgia. Designed by a multidisciplinary team led by Peter Ippolito, Gunter Fleitz, Tilla Goldberg and Axel Knapp, the collection not only draws on iconic song lyrics, but also stages them with expressive typography and high-contrast graphics - a play on visual identity that is typical of the work of the Ippolito Fleitz Group. Inspired by club posters from the 1960s and 1970s, the dynamic motifs with their retro and pop culture aesthetics recall the launch of the JUNG LS 990 classic switch in 1968. The variety of typographic styles is particularly exciting, giving each switch its own identity and turning it into a small work of art. Dancing, flowing, and eccentric typefaces - modern references to the disco era - meet bold, analogue-looking typography. Each typeface is unique and has its own rhythm.

As "identity architects", the designers of the Ippolito Fleitz Group develop not only spaces, but also holistic brand identities that combine architecture, interior design, graphics and product design. Their approach is based on an intensive examination of the identity of a company and its product world in order to create a visual and spatial language that arouses emotions and tells stories. The JUNG LS 990 range in alpine white stands for reduced, timeless design that blends in perfectly with sophisticated architecture. The Ippolito Fleitz Group brings an additional narrative level into play with its JUNG UNIQUE switch collection. The simple light switches are transformed from a functional element into a design highlight that not only illuminates rooms, butalso activates thoughts and emotions.

Create your own design: With the JUNG GRAPHIC TOOL, the JUNG UNIQUE platform offers designers the opportunity to individualise the control elements in their buildings and to use them as an additional level of communication - not only within the framework of predefined design parameters, but also flexibly in terms of colour, font, design and content. JUNG UNIQUE is a tool for project-specific individual manufacture. JUNG thus gives designers full control over the design - from the series, programme, surface and colour, through to the insertion of symbols, images and texts - as vector or pixel files - which are applied to switches, sockets or buttons by colour printing or laser engraving.
