Mina Azizi at The Palm, Dubai | United Arab Emirates

“Mina Azizi in the Palm” is an open, clearly structured living space on Palm Jumeirah. The most important area is the spacious living and dining room. On one side, a wide glass façade opens up the view of the water and brings plenty of daylight into the interior. On the opposite side, a calm wall surface defines and structures the space.

This wall is divided into large panels and narrow light strips. The vertical luminaires emphasize the height and make the wall’s structure clearly visible. As a result, the room appears clear and tranquil. Ceiling and floor connect the different zones. A light-coloured ceiling with discreet lighting provides uniform illumination. The floor leads seamlessly, without steps or partition walls, from the living area to the dining area, creating a flowing layout.

The technology follows this simple order. LS 990 in Dark with KNX system is integrated into the wall at a few carefully selected points. The dark switches create small, precise accents. The KNX system enables different lighting moods – for everyday life, for guests, or for a quiet evening with a view of the water.

The project demonstrates how clear architecture, controlled lighting and unobtrusive technology work together. The recognition by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards confirms this quality: here, luxury emerges through order, calm and meticulous detailing.
