The socket is suitable to replace sockets in older installations.
Sockets that are connected to the RCD-protected output terminals (L’ N’) are likewise RCD-protected. The electrical installation up to the SCHUKO® socket with RCD is not protected. The socket can also be switched on and off manually, using the built-in switch.
