The Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Centre, located in the heart of Yansha, the diplomatic and business district of Beijing, is considered to be the first European pioneer in the Chinese capital city. After an extensive renovation programme, this traditional building now presents itself in a new look. 480 new rooms and suites – including an oriental and an occidental presidential suite, a generous executive lounge and an all-day restaurant – have been rebuilt in the last few months. A thoroughly rejuvenated complex awaits international travellers, on leisure or business, with its new interpretation of European luxury in modern China.
The renovated rooms and suites convey the contemporary elegance of China combined with cultural influences from the middle kingdom in their décor. Sand colours and classic shades of beige set the tone for the walls and feature prominently in the furniture, while artworks, period decorations and colourful vases evoke an Asian identity. The glazed bathroom walls with magic mirrors are new – and all these mirrors make the space appear larger and exude calm. The two presidential suites are furnished with authentic Chinese art and have bathrooms with views over the city.
To match the elegant and luxurious interior, the entire hotel is fitted with the classic JUNG LS 990 design in aluminium and dark.

KNX F 40 push-buttons
A variety of functions available in the the A, LS, FLAT DESIGN and LS DESIGN ranges. With the F 40 push-button sensors, the operation of the KNX functions is easily achieved with large control buttons. These can be individually labelled as required by using the GRAPHIC TOOL.
LS 990 in Dark aluminium
A prestigious interior derives its appeal from exclusive effects. The design switches in high-grade metal versions satisfy this standard outstandingly well. Cool stainless steel, aluminium or attractive anthracite, chrome or precious gold plating – they lend a special touch wherever the emphasis is on the extra-special. Two variations of genuine brass complement the portfolio: Classic with a bright, softly polished finish, antique suitable for traditional interiors.
