In this way they can automate and control all functions centrally or remotely: with a touch display, smartphone app or also with Alexa or Google Assistant using voice control. Furthermore, the smart home residents can also network Philips Hue and Sonos with their KNX system.
With the Smart Visu Server to a fully-fledged smart home
JUNG KNX RF push-buttons connect the classic electrical installation with KNX – wireless without additional cables needing to be laid and securely encrypted with Data Secure.
The KNX RF push-buttons use system inserts as actuators
A KNX RF push-button is simply pushed onto a JUNG system insert. This replaces the existing mechanical switch and thus becomes an actuator – the push-button sends and receives the information.
Wireless configuration with the KNX RF USB dongle
The individual allocation of the functions happens using ETS and is likewise wireless. At the position where the light switch used to be there is then a smart home control unit. Existing systems with twisted pair can also be easily extended: with the converter, the new KNX RF push-button can be integrated into a wired installation.
The new KNX RF push-buttons are available in 1-gang and 2-gang versions and in the A, AS, CD and LS ranges.
