Lighting control

Lighting is a key factor in creating a positive guest experience. JUNG STAY’s smart lighting control solutions for hotel rooms offer great creative and functional freedom through control elements, scenes and lighting ambiences. For guests, this provides intuitive comfort; for operators, it offers a fit-out solution with plenty of scope for guest room management.

Climate control

JUNG STAY’s solutions for fan coil and temperature control allow your guests to customise the room climate to their preferences. Pre-defined operating modes and centralised control systems support energy-efficient climate control in hotel rooms. This allows comfort requirements and economic objectives to be combined.

Shading

JUNG STAY enables the control of blinds and curtains in hotel rooms – either manually or automatically. Silent-running systems such as Silent Gliss can also be integrated. Automation systems adjust the shading in the hotel to suit the time of day and how the rooms are being used, thereby enhancing comfort and energy efficiency in the rooms.

Bathroom / Personal Spa

Whether it’s a boutique hotel or a branded hotel belonging to a hotel group – the public areas of your establishment should convey its identity and create a positive impression for guests right from the start. JUNG STAY Hospitality Solutions organises front-of-house zones that combine design, wayfinding and function – such as the lobby, reception, corridors, dining areas or MICE facilities. Concepts designed to achieve resolution of the strict functional separation of individual front-of-house areas present particular challenges – in such cases, you will benefit greatly from the flexibility of our hotel building automation system.

Hotel lobby / Reception

As the central interface between guests and the hotel, the lobby and reception area combine design and function. JUNG STAY helps you to showcase these front-of-house areas effectively. For example, the public areas can be controlled from the reception desk, and room status can also be displayed in the lobby. To ensure efficient operation, JUNG STAY solutions allow you to set up scenes – for example, a switchable cleaning mode for quickly switching between atmospheric lighting and a bright, neutral light for cleaning.

Restaurant / Bar

F&B and bar areas are key spaces where guests have an experience. They define the atmosphere of the venue. With JUNG STAY, lighting and functions can be controlled to create a specific ambience and adapted to different times of day – from breakfast through to evening service. This creates atmospheres that highlight the concept of your catering facilities. Predefined modes also enable a quick switch to event mode – for example, with coordinated lighting and a precisely adjusted room temperature.

Corridor / Stairwell

JUNG STAY enables energy-efficient control of lighting and safety in corridors and stairwells. Presence and motion detectors ensure that lighting, orientation lights and time-controlled functions are activated as and when required. Presence-detection sensors ensure lighting is provided only when needed, whilst system statuses can be recorded and monitored centrally. Via KNX, the systems can be seamlessly integrated into and controlled by existing hotel building management systems. Wellness / Spa Area

Hotel wellness areas combine atmosphere and function to create a holistic guest experience. JUNG STAY Hospitality Solutions enable the atmospheric control of these areas and create bespoke spatial experiences. Via interfaces, JUNG KNX can also be connected to the hotel’s own app, allowing guests to check availability or make bookings with ease.

Signature Spaces

Spectacular signature spaces are a means of expressing the hotel’s brand identity – here, every detail counts towards the overall impression. JUNG STAY makes it possible to harmonise lighting, materials and functions in these design-focused areas and to create spaces with a strong character. With JUNG KNX for Hotels and DALI, the ambience can be adjusted whilst the hotel is in operation – for example, to suit seasonal themes, changing installations or new design ideas.

Back of House

Well-organised back-of-house areas are crucial for smooth operations and cost-effective hotel management. JUNG STAY Hospitality Solutions also provides support in this area with networked building technology for hotel kitchens, staff rooms, storage areas, offices and service areas. Lighting, air conditioning and other functions can be controlled as required – with a focus on energy efficiency, operational safety and the demands of day-to-day hotel life. This results in back-of-house (BOH) structures that function reliably and effectively support operations within the hotel.

Staff only / Staff areas

Staff areas offer potential for optimising energy efficiency within the hotel building. With smart hotel building systems, rooms can be heated or cooled as soon as people are present – and once they leave, the temperature drops back down to an energy-efficient level. Occupancy-based lighting control also ensures that the lighting is only switched on when the room is actually in use. This creates a pleasant environment for staff whilst also supporting the hotel’s energy management.

Storage rooms

Hotel automation also ensures clear structures and energy-efficient processes in storage and cellar areas. Presence-based lighting – for example, using KNX presence detectors and surface-mounted control elements – reduces energy consumption, whilst conditions can be detected via sensors and monitored centrally by the hotel building management system. This creates transparency and simplifies logistics as well as the organisation of stock.

Technical rooms

Office and technical rooms place particular demands on security, stability and control. JUNG STAY Hospitality Solutions monitors access, indoor climate and sensitive technology, and reports critical conditions to the hotel’s central building management system. This minimises operational risks and safeguards technical systems. With KNX Secure, JUNG also utilises encrypted communication within the hotel’s building services.

Hotel kitchen

In kitchen areas, every movement counts – clear workflows and reliable technology are crucial. Exploring shape, colour and material in hotel interior design: With the free JUNG AR-Studio, you can visualise switch designs directly within the planned room layout. This allows you to assess options for guest rooms, the lobby or showrooms in a realistic manner, present them in photorealistic mock-ups and finalise design decisions at an early stage.

BIM portal

On our BIM portal, we provide you with digital design data for structured integration into your processes. You’ll receive free access to high-quality BIM models at various levels of detail. This enables you to clarify interfaces at an early stage, reduce design workload and easily implement BIM-supported hospitality design.

MattoBoard

The JUNG MattoBoard enables design ideas to be brought to life at an early stage of the interior design process.
