JUNG Showroom Seoul
In the heart of Seoul’s vibrant Gangnam district, JUNG has created a new destination: the showroom serves not only as an exhibition for high-quality switch ranges and intelligent building control systems, but also as a cultural space featuring a public café.
Spread across two levels, the showroom is divided into three thematic areas: “Culture & Community”, “Brand Museum” and “Smart Architecture”. The atmosphere evokes that of a design museum: in numerous display cases, iconic switch designs and historical milestones from the JUNG brand are presented and staged alongside other historic objects and everyday items. Professional visitors and interested guests are invited to linger at the JUNG Café, designed by Jung-yeop Lee of Design Soyu, and to engage in informal conversation in a relaxed setting.
The interior design was created by Kyung Hee Lee from Studio Mamell. As Creative Director, she developed the overall concept for the showroom areas – including custom-designed furniture. Highlights include a materials library showcasing JUNG products and finishes, a brand museum with curated vitrines and archival materials, a media room for brand films, and a fully equipped smart residence in the traditional Hanok style. In addition to the JUNG Café, the ground floor also houses the JUNG Café and a discreet VIP meeting room for discussions, workshops and project presentations.
