Solutions for emergencies

So that assistance comes quickly in an emergency, we offer a complete set to transmit calls for help. Physical limitations or age cause vulnerability. Emergency systems offer safety. They therefore play an important role in sanitary areas of hospitals, care institutions and public buildings.

Emergency system in Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier®

The JUNG emergency system is used to call for help in toilet facilities of hospitals, doctors' practices and care institutions. It corresponds to the safety requirements according to DIN VDE 0834. Based on the Polychromie Architecturale of Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier®, JUNG and FSB produce certified products of a special quality which can be combined harmoniously.
Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier® and the JUNG emergency call system - Colour meets function
The emergency call system has a modular design. Pull cord push-button, call button, emergency signal and reset button are available in Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier®. The various lightness coefficients of the 63 colours create a high luminance contrast between the wall and the switch.
Rich in contrast and barrier-free - Lightness coefficients of the Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier®
A colour concept addressing accessibility has to be adapted to people's limited vision and colour perception. High-contrast colours with different degrees of saturation and varying brightness levels are important. The modules of the emergency WC set in the 63 colours of Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier® improve both orientation and general spatial perception.

Emergency system in aluminium and stainless steel

The metal-look emergency call system sets elegant accents with its surfaces. The gently matt elements have an appealing look and add a special touch to any room. The pleasantly tactile surface and timeless design make the system an eye-catcher. Pull-cord buttons, call buttons, call modules and cancel buttons are available in aluminium and stainless steel.
Functionality
Operating the pull cord push-button or call button (1), e.g. in an accessible bathroom, triggers the call. This is signalled visually and, if required, also acoustically by the emergency signal (2). In addition, pull cord push-buttons and call buttons indicate the call with a red reassurance light. The call remains active until the care staff reset it using the reset button on site. In addition, a service unit (3) can be installed in a staff room or reception area. In large applications, a service terminal serves to centrally report emergency calls. Up to 20 incoming emergency calls are displayed visually and acoustically using the integrated display.
Advantages
Expandability
The modular design allows flexible configurations for small to medium applications. To supplement or extend an existing installation, the components of our emergency system can be ordered individually at any time.

Simple installation, reliable maintenance
The modular design and structural system enable simple installation and commissioning.

Uniform design
The components of our emergency system are integrated into our AS, A, CD and LS switch ranges. This allows a uniform design of the complete electrical installation whether it involves a light switch, sockets or devices from the emergency system.

Call forwarding
The call units are equipped with a floating relay contact (24 V DC, 1 A), which is suitable for a non-monitored status indication.
Components
Pull cord push-button
An emergency call can be initiated in the bathroom or WC by means of an easily reached pull cord. The pull cord push-button can also be installed in the middle of the room on the ceiling. A successful call is signalled by a red reassurance lamp on the push-button.
Emergency signal
The emergency signal can, for example, be installed next to the WC door or the door of the corridor. A triggered emergency call is signalled here visually by a red LED and acoustically by a buzzer at 90 dB(A).
Reset button
The reset button is installed next to the door in the same room where the pull cord push-button is situated. The assisting personnel can reset the triggered alarm there.
Power supply
The power supply is needed for the electrical supply of the emergency system.
Service unit
The service unit can be installed in addition to the components of the emergency system set, for example, in a staff or reception room. A green button indicates presence, a yellow button suppresses the acoustic signal of the emergency signal for 20 seconds.
Service terminal
For the central, remote signalling of up to 20 calls, with acoustic call signalling and two-line display of the message, green presence button and yellow reset button for the temporary suppression of a call, with a light signal each time.
UPS module
The UPS module is suitable for installations in accordance with DIN VDE 0834 with uninterruptable power supply.

Emergency system set – the convenient package solution

The emergency system set includes an installation-ready combination of all system components that are needed to equip an accessible WC or bathroom. For installations in accordance with DIN VDE 0834, the emergency system set is available equipped with an additional UPS module.
Components of the emergency system set
The emergency system set has a modular structure and consists of pull cord push-button, emergency signal, reset button, power supply and, if required, UPS module. A service unit, service terminal and call button are available separately. The service unit can, for example, be installed in a staff room or reception area so that a uniform design is possible throughout the building. In the complete emergency system set, the frames from the AS, CD or LS ranges are already included so that a uniform design is possible throughout the building. The components are also available individually to extend a system.
