LB Management – flexible operation, easy installation

Operate manually in the switch design
The controls in LB Management are all available in our multifaceted designs. As a result, they impress both with their intuitive operating philosophy and with form, colour and material.
Dimming expertise
With LB Management, various options are available to you for future-proof lighting control, including connection to DALI lighting systems. Depending on the spatial conditions, various different mounting possibilities can be selected.

The motion detector
The motion detectors are ideal to use in corridors and passages. Their 180-degree detection range is monitored by two PIR sensors that can be used individually or together. The 2.20 m version can be used very well in offices or recreation rooms.

Simply start and extend conveniently
With our LB Management you stay flexible. Start whenever your plans and your budget allow it: you can easily start with an LB Management push-button, 1-gang and decide to add covers later that offer more convenience, such as the timer switch with display. You also have all the freedom you need in the selection of the switch range. The covers from LB Management can be freely combined with the covers for our A, LS and CD ranges.

In private buildings, LB Management provides more convenience and energy efficiency with control of light and shading according to need. Individual settings and variable operating possibilities improve living quality.
Come home in the dark and the hall light switches on automatically. You can set up this function in no time using a JUNG motion detector. In the case of long or angled hallways, you can extend the detection range easily with a satellite insert 3-wire and another motion detector. The lighting switches off again automatically when nobody is present any more in the detection area. It goes without saying that the JUNG motion detectors also take account of the ambient brightness. The light stays off if there is sufficient daylight. It’s that simple.

Notes on the use of satellite units: no LB Management push-button, 1-gang may be used on the main unit if a satellite insert 3-wire is used. Maximum number of 3-wire satellite units is 5. Maximum total cable length is 100 metres.
Rooms without windows merit a motion detector, for example in the cellar, in the attic or in the garage. Thanks to automatic light, the guest toilet without windows also saves the search for the light switch. Would you like further added value? How about if the radio also plays music? This is not a problem with the JUNG Smart Radio! The motion detector switches off lighting and radio automatically if movement is no longer detected.

Getting up again to switch off the main lighting in the bedroom? You add further control units to the main unit using the 2-wire satellite unit. The range of functions is predefined by the main unit. Would you like even more comfort? The bedroom lighting can be dimmed with the touch dimmer Universal as main unit. Also using the satellite units.

Using the Universal blind insert, you cascade the shading so that the blinds can be controlled flexibly, individually, per room, per floor or per building — individually and conveniently. One universal blind insert controls one or more shading motors 1), another universal blind insert brings multiple controls into a group. With the timer switch display as group controller, you control the entire shading installation automatically if required. Individually programmed or at sunrise and sunset thanks to the astro function. The timer program also takes over the control of the blinds during holiday times.

1) Note the maximum motor connected load of 700 W, also for the control of multiple motors using one blind insert. If you want to switch multiple motors in parallel, the motors must be suitable for this. Alternatively, use isolating relays.
In use: office building
In commercial construction such as office buildings, with LB Management the working conditions are optimised in a simple manner. Automatic functions provide more security and convenience here. With constant light regulation, the energy efficiency is increased in addition.
The entrance area of office buildings is generally particularly busy at the start and end of work. With JUNG LB Management, you adjust the lighting control using the Clever Config app by the combination of different functions and time programs: at the start of work the lighting switches from 08:00 to 10:00 with a brightness of 80 percent to CONTINUOUS ON. Between 10:00 and 16:00, the lighting provides a basic brightness of 20 percent and brightens to 80 percent as soon any movement is detected. The lamps light again to CONTINUOUS ON with a brightness of 80 percent from 16:00 to 18:00. After the end of work, starting from 18:00, the basic brightness is switched off and the lighting is only switched on if movement is detected. The basic brightness also remains switched off at weekends and the lighting only reacts to movement.

There are rooms in which the light is always on although nobody is present. The problem is already solved with the simplest LB Management switch insert. The 1-channel relay switch insert has an integrated and adjustable run-on time, after which the light is automatically switched off as required. The function is particularly suitable for rooms in which nobody stays for a long time such as office kitchens, server rooms, WC or copier room. The lighting is switched on with LB Management push-button, 1-gang and optionally switches off automatically after one, five, ten or 30 minutes. The functions can be conveniently adjusted using the integrated operating mode selection button (BAWT). The light can of course also be switched off manually at any time.

As the owner of a restaurant or pub, do you want to switch your lighting centrally from one place and not have to constantly operate multiple switches in various areas? Using the dimmer for rail mounting, you can switch and dim the complete lighting installation using the LB Management push-button, 1-gang on 2-wire satellite unit. The amplifiers enable the connection of LED lighting up to 600 W. The uniform brightness of the entire lighting installation provides a harmonious ambience of well-being.
