Sockets for the Asian region

With a large portfolio of sockets, we cover the connection options in almost all parts of the world to cater to the needs of international users. For the South Asia-Pacific region, we offer sockets with the following plug types: Plug type A, B, D, F, G, I, M, and O. All sockets are available in our different design ranges, and can be combined in multiple frames with our well-known modular system for a uniform appearance.

British Standard

Our portfolio for British Standard markets such as Malaysia and Singapore includes socket outlet types for currents of 5 amps, 13 amps and 15 amps. We also offer various design series for British wall boxes.

SCHUKO® sockets

High-quality contact springs inside the SCHUKO® sockets ensure safety in everyday use. They reliably enclose the SCHUKO® plug and ensure that the protective earthing takes effect before the current flows. Suitable for Indonesia and Vietnam.

Thailand socket

The Thai standard socket (type O) features the proven "Safety Plus" system and screw terminals for conductors up to 4 mm². In the elegant design of the LS and A ranges, it blends harmoniously into any environment.

US NEMA socket for Taiwan

The American standard Nema socket offers a secure hold for conductors up to 4 mm². The breakproof thermoplastic with a high-gloss finish ensures lasting reliability. Suitable for devices with a current rating of 15 amps (125 volts).

Indian socket

Sockets in the Indian standard are similar to those in the BS546 standard and are intended for larger devices in countries with type D plug connectors. Sockets in the Indian standard are available in all JUNG switch ranges.

G + I socket

The JUNG G + I socket is impressive: it combines the British type G plug with the type I plug that is widely used in Australia, China and Argentina and other countries. It thus covers the connection options of over a third of all countries worldwide. When combined with a SCHUKO® socket, the needs for over 75 percent of countries are met.
