Q1 Sukhumvit, Bangkok | Thailand
Sukhumvit is a lively and busy district of Bangkok which serves as a centre for shopping, gastronomy and nightlife. With its restaurants, popular clubs, shopping centres and hotels, the trendy district embodies the contemporary and cosmopolitan essence of Bangkok and offers all the convenience of a prosperous, modern metropolis.
This is where the luxurious apartment block Q1 Sukhumvit was built with 40 floors using the design of the P&T Group. Over 270 apartments with 2 to 3 bedrooms, a penthouse and the usual facilities such as a generous lobby, saltwater infinity pool, fitness areas and a sky lounge with panorama terrace. The shape of the building arises from the composition of the irregular geometric form with an advanced glass facade that creates an interesting light and shadow play. A touch of vertical "gold" strips rises from the ground to the tip of the building, in order to emphasise the unique "Q" character of the building, which the floating Panorama-Skylounge embodies with its view of Bangkok's skyline and beyond.
From the moment you enter the lobby, the aspiration for luxury and the passion for perfection is visible. Different waiting zones receive the visitor and prepare them for the stay in Q1 Sukhumvit. The apartments were also designed with great love for detail and with timeless finesse. Large, open living and kitchen areas with ceiling-height glazing allow diverse visual connections to the outside. But also on the inside, the spatial flow is guided by various elements such as large-format mirror surfaces on the walls, light panelling and the tasteful furnishings.
From the idea of timelessness of the interior design, all apartments have been equipped with switches, push-buttons and sockets from the JUNG LS 990 range in stainless steel. In turn, for implementing the smart control in the rooms, the JUNG KNX system is installed.

LS 990 in Stainless Steel
A prestigious interior derives its appeal from exclusive effects. The design switches in high-grade metal versions satisfy this standard outstandingly well. Cool stainless steel, aluminium or attractive anthracite, chrome or precious gold plating – they lend a special touch wherever the emphasis is on the extra-special. Two variations of genuine brass complement the portfolio: Classic with a bright, softly polished finish, antique suitable for traditional interiors.
